“What permaculturists are doing is the most important activity that any group is doing on the planet” – David Suzuki

The vision here at Seven Ravens is focused on teaching permaculture. This two month training course will give students the skills to apply permaculture anywhere in the world. We have acquired extensive experience working in the developing world establishing permaculture gardens and reforestation projects with communities, schools and organizations. It is our goal to help train the next generation of permaculture teachers, these courses are focused on that end.

If you want to change the world and are interested in making real change in your life, this course is for you! Learn how to transform desperate landscapes into productive gardens and abundant forests that will create a sustainable resource based economy within a year. Be the change you want to see in the world. Grow food, create water security and devour atmospheric carbon dioxide. Transform arid lands into sustainable ecosystems and viable economies.

This course is also perfect for international organizations who are interested in empowering employees to become instantly useful anywhere in the world.

These six-week live-in courses provide the living experience of a dynamic functioning permaculture farm and outstanding ecoforest. Daily in-class courses will be followed up with direct hands-on learning in the field and will be wrapped up by an end-of-the-day discussion and check-in to make sure that each student feels familiar with the new knowledge acquired. Student presentations and group projects will build confidence, security and understanding in each student.

Opportunities to work internationally will be available to graduate students that wish to gain experience overseas in the developing world.
