2018 Fall Course | September 17- November 9th

THE LAST TRIP OF A 28 YEAR JOURNEY. Michael Nickels has travelled to Africa for the last 28 years planting millions of trees and working with dozens of schools establishing food gardens to feed hundreds of students vastly improving their health and academic performances. In the last 5 years Michael and his Seven Ravens Academy students have been designing and building 4 Teacher Training Centres to educate hundreds of teachers each year to transform their schools and their students bringing the multitude of benefits that Permaculture offers to communities and their well being.
Come to learn about Permaculture from Michael Nickels, Brandon Bauer, Heather Hopkins, Taylor Krawczyk, Dan Jason and many other great teachers for a month on Salt Spring Island British Columbia before heading to Kenya and Uganda to join forces with Josephat Barassa, Karambu Ringera and Josephine Kizzy Aliddeki working alongside these motivated individuals as together we all create 2 more teacher training centres working to empower thousands of women with Permaculture in Kenya and Uganda.

Visit established project sites to witness the dynamic transformative effects that Permaculture has had in just a few years. If you have wanted to visit Africa and help be part of real change it doesn’t get better than this experience.
